At Mini-Circuits, Quality is designed in for all model designs, material selection and approval, process development and qualification, member training and documentation. Although we provide devices that are 100% tested, we firmly believe that ‘inspecting out’ rejects is a non-value added activity. Use of data is the key to building Quality into everything we do. Use of statistical analysis, including Sigma and Cpkstudies, is applied to all key areas of process controls, material acceptance and performance testing.
